Mr. McGinley is the managing partner and founder of House Investments, the largest commercial and residential real estate investment firm in Indiana. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. McGinley was a White House Fellow and holds a number of civic posts in Indiana. Mr. McGinley was a board member of Bindley Western.

Mr. McGinley graduated from Purdue University and received his master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is chairman of the board of trustees of Purdue University.
